Shopping Centre Manager | Full Time

An opportunity has become available for an experienced Centre Manager to oversee two award winning Shopping Centres.

The successful candidate will demonstrate proven experience in a Centre Management role, highlighting an ability to maximise the performance of the asset across both operational and commercial areas.

This role is supported by Facilities, Marketing and an Assistant Manager.

With on-site development in progress, this role will be dynamic and requires the expertise of someone who is experienced in project delivery. Your strong leadership experience, desire to build strong relationships with community together with your ability to prioritise workload to ensure business objectives are achieved is highly desirable.

Your skills will include the following:

• Ability to strategically manage multiple projects.
• Effective communication skills to build positive and productive working relationships with the on-site team and leasing department.
• A sound knowledge in forecasting revenue, expenses and reconciliations for Shopping Centre budgets.
• High degree of accuracy in all forms of documentation, planning and reporting.
• Ability to foster and maintain excellent working relationships with Landlords and retail tenants.
• Proficiency in supervising tenancy fit outs to ensure consistency and compliance with buildings objectives.
• Able to undertake contractor services procurements in collaboration with Facilties Manager.
• A strong background in Property Management Systems such as MRI or Cirrus8, together with Excel and MS Suite.

Other requirements for the role include:

1. Current real estate license
2. Police clearance
3. Current driver’s licence.
