Assistant Property Manager
September 2023Due to growth in our management portfolio, we are sourcing someone who wants to be part of our dynamic and supportive Property Management team.
The role is to provide daily administrative and management support to two Senior Property Managers and a Facilities Manager including taking tenant queries, arranging contractors, compiling monthly reports, attendance at client meetings, liaising with Leasing and Marketing Departments and general administrative duties. A general understanding of mixed use retail/commercial property is essential.
Experience 3+ years in the Retail/Commercial property industry in a similar role is required to fulfill this role.
Your skills will include the following:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and make decisions
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Experience on Property Management systems eg, MRI or Cirrus8
- Experience with property budgets & cashflow
- Knowledge of trust account systems
- Exposure to rent review procedures
- A good numerical literacy
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Great team work skills
