“As managing director of Lease Equity, a commercial property agency, Jim Tsagalis is involved in about 350 deals a year. To date, he has transacted $25 billion worth of real estate. Some of his notable sales include Plaza Arcade for $48 million, Southern River Shopping Centre for $27 million and Equus Retail Arcade for $29 million. His company claims to have more than 70 per cent market share of retail leasing in the CBD. In a bid to fill empty shops, he travels the world, bringing investors and tenants to WA.”
