With over 25 years experience in the property industry, including retail, commercial, land development, marketing and fund management, Denise has extensive knowledge in the operational and financial management of property assets.

She has a particular insight into the food & beverage market as well as across all levels of retail centre asset classes from both client and agency roles.

As a trusted advisor to clients, her keen focus on the financial return of operational expenses and capital projects comes from having managed a sub-regional Centre through redevelopment, and her previous experience managing investment syndicates.

Denise’s strength in easily building relationships and managing teams coupled with her outstanding technical skills makes her a natural leader with a passion for sourcing strategic solutions.
