Nike opens Hay Street Mall flagship

The World’s largest sporting apparel group Nike have opened their flagship store at 696 Hay Street Mall, Perth.
Nike have taken up 850 square metres in a landmark location on the Hay Street Mall. They are the world’s largest sporting goods and apparel retailer selling over $3.4 billion USD of product per year.
Nike joins other flagship operators leased by Lease Equity on the Hay Street Mall, including JD Sports.
The commitment by Nike in terms of the duration of lease and size of tenancy is a very strong endorsement to the CBD’s retailing environment. We are continuing to see strong demand from South East Asia and the Eastern States for flagship, National and International brands to enter into the Perth CBD.
