CBD Flagship Leasing Experience

The leasing of premium retail property in the CBD has been dominated by deals involving the Lease Equity team.

More than 85% of the prime retail leasing transactions completed in the CBD have been negotiated by Lease Equity staff members, predominantly to national retailers. In addition, we have been involved in renegotiating lease terms with a number of major tenants in both the Hay Street and Murray Street pedestrian malls.

This experience gives Landlords using our services an unequalled exposure to the retail leasing market and expertise in negotiating/renegotiating of leases in this area.

Significantly, many of these leasing transactions have been on behalf of Landlords who either managed the property themselves or had other agents managing these properties.

Marketing

Lease Equity’s award winning Marketing Team has in excess of 25 years’ experience in sales and marketing roles including shopping centre marketing, strategic planning, large scale leasing and sales campaigns, and retailer education programs.

The team is committed to derive maximum value from any marketing campaign undertaken and continually run a broad range of marketing campaigns for a diverse range of asset classes. These include campaigns for new retail and commercial developments; leasing and sales campaigns for established shopping centres and retail strips; and fully integrated shopping centre marketing plans.
