Martin Tavra joins Lease Equity


Lease Equity take great pleasure in announcing that Martin Tavra has joined the Company as Manager – Leasing.

Martin brings almost 15 year’s retail property experience to the Lease Equity team, further strengthening its reputation as the most experienced retail leasing and sales team in Western Australia. Martin will hold a senior position within Lease Equity’s Leasing Department and utilise his extensive skill set to the benefit of our client base.

Martin has had extensive experience in retail leasing and sales and has worked on some of Perth’s most prestigious developments and largest shopping centres. He has had great success on a number of projects including, among others, Wesley Quarter; Raine Square; Wanneroo Shopping Centre; Phoenix Shopping Centre; Bunbury Forum and Ellenbrook Shopping Centre.

We continue to invest in our people and our growth strategy is underpinned by our systems and market knowledge. In this respect, Martin is an excellent and valuable addition to the team and with his input and unique skills we will continue to drive towards adding greater value to our clients’ assets.
