Stage I - Main Street, EllenbrookIpsaro Securities Pty Ltd                       

Lease Equity approached Ipsaro Securities with a submission to undertake the leasing of the retail component of our Stage I Main Street development in Ellenbrook.

Using their relationship with local, more importantly national retailers and their extensive knowledge of the retail market, Lease Equity identified target retail uses that would compliment the development and the Ellenbrook community alike.

Upon completion of the leasing campaign, Lease Equity had achieved rentals well above expectation and had leased over 40% of the shops to national retailers.

Lease Equity have since been appointed to provide Ipsaro Securities with consultancy advice and leasing to the retail component of our Stage II Main Street development. This is testament to their strong relationships with national retailers and expertise in the retail market.
