Primewest Northlands Shopping CentreNorthlands Plaza Shopping Centre - Balcatta, Western Australia

Previously known as Northlands Plaza, Primewest Northlands is located on the corner of Amelia Street and Wanneroo Road, in the northern suburb of Balcatta, approximately 10 kilometres north of the Perth CBD.

The Centre is anchored by a 3,717 m2 Coles Supermarket, that will commence an internal refurbishment starting July 2009. The Centre consists of 20 specialty retailers including freestanding tenants The Round House Tavern, Red Rooster and Muzz Buzz. The Centres new upgrade includes the addition of new pylon signage and an exterior fascia has been given a new modern, patterned colour scheme. These works are part of Primewest's plan to re-badge the Centre. New re-designed 'Primewest Northlands' entry statements will also be installed by mid 2009. Other improvements are planned for the Centre, which include new landscaping and street furntiure.

Lease Equity has been heavily involved with the management and strategic planning of the shopping centre since late 2002. The Centre has changed very significantly in that time and positive marketing of the Shopping Centre has increased its presence on the retail map for the area. The number of visitors to the Centre has risen correspondingly.

Greenwood Village is a popular neighbourhood convenience shopping centre featuring a Coles Supermarket and over 20 specialty stores. Lease Equity were appointed to manage the centre in 2008 with a view toward maximising the asset vale and implementing new, cutting edge management systems.

This centre is a vibrant hub for the local community and our role is to ensure the centre continues to build its positive relevance within the catchment area, grow and develop an improved tenancy mix and visual presentation, and identify and exploit opportunities for future growth.

 

Belridge Shopping CentreBelridge Shopping Centre - Beldon, Western Australia

Belridge Shopping Centre is located in the fast growing northern corridor of Perth, approximately 25 kilometres north of the Perth CBD. Situated on Ocean Reef Road in the suburb of Beldon, this neighbourhood centre is located amongst the suburbs retail precinct, attracting customers from the surrounding suburbs of Heathridge, Edgewater, Woodvale, Craigie, Mullaloo and Ocean Reef.

Belridge Shopping Centre has a refurbished Coles Supermarket and 20 specialty retailers including Subway and Video Ezy. The property also has a free standing Kentucky Fried Chicken outlet and many after-hours retail uses complement the tenancy mix to form a centre that caters to the local community seven days a week.

Surrounding the centre are many fast food outlets which draw shoppers to the centre, including a Sizzlers Restaurant, McDonalds and Red Rooster. The complex also houses a BP Service Station and Auto Masters Mechanics.

Two Rocks Shopping Centre is located approximately 50km north of Perth within a seaside community on the beautiful Sunset Coast. The property was purchased by Fini Group in 1999 for its future development potential in the fast growing northern coastal corridor of Perth.

The Centre comprises a supermarket and approximately 22 specialty shops and is the focal point of the Two Rocks local community.
